If you love nothing better than filling your trolley with flat-pack furniture (and your belly with cheap Swedish meatballs), but don't fancy the stressful car journey to reach your nearest IKEA, this could change everything.
The bigwigs at everybody's favourite house stuff stockists have decided to trial a smaller, high street version of the store, kicking off in Norwich in the UK in autumn, with further locations under consideration.
The company plans to trial “order and collection points” to make stores more accessible to city dwellers and those who don't have their own transport. Most importantly, those popular little meatballs will be available in each store's in-house bistro.

“Our customers are telling us that with 18 stores in the UK, we are often too far away. Order and collection points give us the opportunity to trial new ways of being more accessible to our customers,” UK Manager Gillian Drakeford told Reuters.
IKEA for lunch and as many drawer organisers as we can carry? Don't mind if we do...
