She's been vocal about her struggle to become a mum, so fans everywhere were thrilled when model Chrissy Teigen took to social media last night to announce her pregnancy. The stunning 29-year-old and her superstar husband John Legend shared the news on Instagram, posting an adorable black and white photo of the delighted dad-to-be with his hand on his wife's tummy.

John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant :) As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx

Last month, appearing on Tyra Banks' new talkshow, FABLife, Teigan revealed that she was sick of being asked about her baby plans:

"“I will say, honestly, John and I are having trouble." "We would have kids five, six years ago if it had happened,” she revealed. “But my gosh, it’s been a process!"

Now that the process is heading towards a magical conclusion, we couldn't be more thrilled for them.
