You can laugh all your want, but when a Kardashian calls their kid something, a lot of mamas will follow in their footsteps.

As in Eleven from Stranger Things.
5. Cohen
The incredible musical legend Leonard Cohen was one of many talents that passed away in 2016, and as an homage to him, we think there might be a lot of little Cohens running around soon.
6. Arya
This year will see the final ever series of Game of Thrones. When dealing with this emotional loss, a future parent may well opt to keep a part of the show in their life forever.
7. Dusty
One of our favourite celebrity baby names of 2016 came courtesy of Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s baby girl Dusty Rose. And many agreed, so we don’t think she’ll be the last ‘Dusty’ for a while.
8. Joe
As Obama’s presidency comes to an end (sob!), the world has fallen head over heels with his right-hand man, Joe Biden.
9. Bella
If 2015 was Gigi Hadid’s year, 2016 belonged to her lil’ sis, Bella.
10. Hillary
She might have lost the election, but we predict her enormous influence will inspire a lot of new mamas in the years to come.
11. Bowie
Another musical legend lost last year, but we think parents everywhere will feel inspired and carry his name forward.
12. Moana
Disney’s newest princess is all about girl power, and we think plenty of new parents will fall in love with her pretty name too.
13. Conor
Conor McGregor is continuing to impress sports fanatics everywhere, and we think many a new parent (read: dad) will want to name their infant sons in his honor.
14. Niagara
Yes, it is a waterfall, but it is also one of Pantone’s colours of spring/summer 2017 – and perfect for parents out there looking for something a little different.
15. Michelle
Michelle Obama has won all our hearts as First Lady of the United States, and as we hope and pray she will decide to run for a title even bigger and better than that in four years time, we will settle for knowing that there will no doubt be a lot of baby girls named in her honor across the globe in years to come.
