CATRICE release a new PETA charity edition lipstick range and they are fab

Melissa Carton

Got any make up obsessed teens at home?

When I was a teenager I loved Catrice.

It was always so budget friendly but all of their products were still such high quality.

Even now if I need to pick up a lipstick or some mascara for a night out I’ll head to the Catrice aisle.

Recently I wrote a piece on great makeup bits for a teenagers first makeup bag and while I got most of my recommendations in, honestly the article would have gone on forever if I put in all the cosmetics I think teens would love.

One brand that is extremely teen friendly is Catrice and not only is it kind to your pocket but it’s also kind to animals.

In fact Catrice has just launched a new range with profits going to supporting animal rights.

The new limited edition CATRICE loves PETA charity range 100 per cent vegan and despite the products intensive colours, contain absolutely no animal ingredients including carmine (pigments derived from scale insects).

In addition, ten percent of the net proceeds of the lipstick sales benefit PETA’s animal welfare initiatives.

Available in both a shiny plumping lipstick and a matte lipstick the Catrice and PETA limited edition range has something to suit every style and occasion.

Altogether the new range has ten stunning new shades in both bold bright and natural nudes and honestly I can’t decide which is my favourite. I think I’ll just have to buy them all.

Usually I feel bad for buying loads of lipsticks (which are my favourite makeup product), but seeing as part of the profits goes to helping to a worthy cause I think it’s the perfect excuse for a guilt free shopping spree.
