‘A facial in a jar’.
There’s a new product launching at Aldi tomorrow and people are saying it’s a dupe for Glamglow’s Supermud mask.
This new bargain buy, the Lacura Exfoliating Mud Mask, is clay-based with extracts of green tea, witch hazel and red algae and it’s described as ‘a facial in a jar’.
After four weeks of regular use, the product is said to refine and even out skin tone while diminishing fine lines, pores and wrinkles.
That’s pretty impressive to be fair but apparently, this little jar also boosts the skin radiance and clarity.
Now look, we’re well aware that plenty of new skincare products on the market promise to work miracles but we’re definitely intrigued by this one, partly due to its affordable price tag.
Considering that Glam Glow’s Supermud retails at around €45 and this newbie is €8, we have a feeling that demand will be high to try this product.
This isn’t the first time Aldi has come up with the beauty goods with this Hot Cloth Cleanser, similar to Liz Earle’s Cleanse & Polish, proving a big hit a couple of months ago.
The new treat lands tomorrow and the best bit, it’s going to be available in all 129 stores across Ireland so you have a very good chance of picking one up for yourself and your sister and your friend because let’s face it, this is a serious bargain.
Of course, they’re likely to sell out before you know it so if you want one, it’s worth dropping by an Aldi store tomorrow.
