Now this is something we’d watch.

If you’ve missed seeing Gemma Owen on your screens every night, then fret not, as she may be making a comeback to TV.

According to reports, the Love Island star is apparently set to feature in a TV show that follows the lives of daughters of famous footballers, though as of right now, nothing has been confirmed.

A source told The Sun: “Lime are developing the concept now and ITV have shown a real interest in it. Gemma is top of their casting wish list.

“Her dad Michael is one of England’s most famous footballing stars and given her huge popularity since she appeared on Love Island – she is the person they want signed up.”

Gemma hasn’t addressed the speculation yet, but we’d definitely be interested in watching if the rumoured show gets made.

Since coming off Love Island, Gemma’s been keeping busy. Last month, she was named by PrettyLittleThing as their new brand ambassador.

Announcing the news on Instagram, she said she is “beyond excited” to work with the fashion retailer.

“I honestly feel truly flattered to have been approached by @umarkamani,” she wrote. “It means a great deal to me that he trusts me to be a positive role model to PLT customers and an ambassador to his hugely successful brand.”

She went on: “PLT is a brand that I have followed the success of for many years. I’m a PLT customer, it’s been my ‘go-to’ brand in many instances.”

More recently, Gemma and Luca decided to make their relationship official with a video on Instagram.

Afterwards, Gemma shared snaps from Luca’s ‘proposal’, and wrote: “Finally official. (…) Thank you @lucabish for such a special night.”

Gemma and Luca finished in second place on Love Island behind Davide and Ekin-Su.
