Zayn Malik has started out on some dating apps following his split from longtime on-off girlfriend Gigi Hadid, according to new reports.

Zayn and Gigi split up last year after allegations emerged that the One Direction singer had gotten into a physical argument with the model’s mum Yolanda despite Zayn denying the claims.

Moving on from his relationship with the mother of his child, Zayn has reportedly signed up for WooPlus, a dating platform that is specifically for “plus-size” people.

The inclusive dating app is aimed for “all people who love plus-size singles” and promises to match its users with “big beautiful women.”

Described as “Tinder for BBW”, it uses facial recognition to verify its users, and The Sun has published pictures of the singer taking part in an emoji challenge.

According to the publication, Zayn is calling himself Zed on the app and has his location set to Ottaville, Philadelphia.

In a 2016 interview with Billboard, Zayn revealed he was attracted to ‘fuller’ women, saying: “I like girls that are a bit chunky in certain areas – the nice areas.

“I like a fuller woman.”

The model, 26, and the singer, 28, split in October of last year following an argument between Zayn and Yolanda, 57, that led to him being charged with four counts of harassment.

During the argument, which took place in the Pennsylvania home he and Gigi shared at the time, Zayn allegedly “grabbed [Yolanda] and shoved her into a dresser,” according to court documents.

The documents also claim he hurled a number of insults at Yolanda and told her to stay away from his 13-month-old daughter Khai, who he shares with Gigi.

On top of the two harassment charges involving Yolanda, he was charged with harassing Gigi over the phone as she was away from home for work. The documents claim he also attempted to “physically engage” a security guard “in a fight.”
