The Curragh is giving away a superb prize to five lucky HerFamily readers to attend The Curragh Racecourse this Sunday, August 12 with the entire family!
As you might know, The Curragh plays host to a range of family days over the summer months, and next up, this Sunday, is The Keeneland Phoenix Stakes. The day provides the perfect entertainment, and with it’s family theme, it’s utterly perfect for a fun-filled day with all the kids, cousins and friends.
Expect plenty of free entertainment and exciting activities for young racegoers in the afternoon. There’ll be face painting, big bouncy castles, a reptile zoo and oodles more. Best of all, everyone under the age of 18 goes entirely for free!
For us older ones (only slightly.. ahem…), we’ll get to enjoy watching some fantastic racing. You can opt for some terrific hospitality from just €55 per adult and €15 per child. This delightful option (subject to availability) means you can head to The Legends Restaurant and enjoy a two course à la carte lunch with a reserved table for the entire day. There’s also the Bistro situated in a prime location overlooking the parade ring, and the onsite Coffee Dock Square, located inside the elegant Queens Room for you to enjoy.
Racing on Sunday will get underway at 1.55pm with a seven race card. Gates open at 12pm. Book now at The Curragh online or simply rock on up on the day.
