Get crafty this Christmas at the Model, Sligo with free activities to get you in the festive spirit.
The Model is one of Ireland’s leading contemporary art centres and this December they are holding a special holiday event that you don’t want to miss.
Taking place on Sunday, December 16 visitors to The Model will be treated to a very special workshop by Sinead O’Hanlon where they can create their own environmentally friendly Christmas decorations from all natural materials.
If that wasn’t enough, afterwards there will be a secret screening at The Model Cinema to fill you full of festive vibes.
Built in 1862, The Model is home to a wide variety of events and educational workshops as well as an international film programme in partnership with The Sligo Film Society.
