Two interactive events taking place in Galway next month that kids will LOVE

The Mick Lally Theatre in Galway is hosting two events in association with Branar children’s theatre.

The events which will take place in the month of March, bring together music, drama and puppetry to captivate children and send their imaginations running wild.

The events are focused towards children of different ages, with the first one taking place on Saturday March 3 and aimed towards children aged six months to two-years-old. This event is called The Shape of Things from Branar Téatar do Pháistí and Starcatcher. It takes place within a specially designed soft and comfortable space for adults and children to relax in.

Times & Duration: 11am/1pm and 3pm; 45 minutes

Price: €9 per child/adult, €30 for a family of 4

The second event is aimed towards children aged 4-years-old and over. Titled: Na Sióga agus an Gréasaí / The Elves and the Shoemaker – this event takes place on Saturday March 10 and brings together live music and magical puppetry, in a spirited and humorous production of the much loved story of the Elves and the Shoemaker. In this adaptation, the well-known story is told through the eyes of the elves. This is a tri lingual show, combining Gaeilge, English and Polish to present this entertaining and heart-warming tale.

Times & Duration: 12 pm and 2pm; 45 minutes

Price: €9 per child/adult, €30 for a family of 4
