An amazing moment.
Ariana Grande takes to the stage with a host of other stars on Sunday to raise money for those affected by the recent terror attack in Manchester, but the singer has already surprised one of her fans with a visit to Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital
Jaden Farrell-Mann, 10, was seriously injured in last week’s terror attack and required two operations after sustaining fractures to both her legs and shrapnel wounds.
The little girl’s evening was made yesterday when 23-year-old Ms Grande popped in to see her and the other youngsters at the hospital.
The Manchester Evening News have reported that the singer gave the children presents and signed their T-shirts.

According to Jade’s mum, her daughter was in absolute shock when the singer walked in.
“She has a big smile anyway but it got even bigger, Ariana gave her a hug and a kiss, she was in awe. It was absolutely fantastic to see, she was so happy,” she said.
The One Love concert includes performances from the likes of Coldplay, Justin Bieber, Usher, and Katy Perry and takes place tomorrow night in Manchester.
It is almost two weeks since the May 22 attack that left 22 people dead – almost half of whom were aged 20 or younger – as well as dozens injured.
