The mum of two is often praised for giving her followers a true depiction of her life.
Louise Pentland, also known as “Sprinkle of Glitter”, is a favourite amongst mums for her accurate representations of motherhood. Louise uploads glamorous curated pictures that show her lovely family, but she also isn’t afraid to include no makeup selfies, her frustrations trying to get her kids ready for school (missing shoes seem to be an on-going struggle!) and challenging mental health days she experiences herself.
The popular lifestyle vlogger has two daughters, Darcy (7) who she had with ex-husband, Matt Watson and baby Pearl, who she had with her partner, Liam.
Since her divorce in 2015 from her husband of five years, Louise is typically quite private about her family life, sharing less of daughter Darcy online. She will often have private moments off camera where she and Darcy can just enjoy the moment, without any pressure on her little girl for a reaction. A recent example was when Louise was invited to the Warner Brothers Harry Potter special Christmas tour and she chose to tell Darcy without vlogging the moment.
Because baby Pearl is younger, Louise shares a bit more and the recent picture she uploaded is adorable. It features the little one in a Disney Santa costume and as usual, she kept it real with the caption!
The Wild Like Me author said although the picture doesn’t have “an insta worthy background”, it’s “definitely one for the photo album”.
She also implored people to not worry so much about creating a “perfect” image, saying that type of thing “exhausts” her.
As one follower aptly commented, Louise’s picture is perfect because “it’s a real-life one”. Cheers to that!
