The Beckhams – complete with four adorable children aged from 18 to five years – are certainly a pretty picture-perfect bunch.
Now it has emerged that former footballer, David, has always photo-ready.
That and his own dad, Ted, was a bit of a looker back in the day.
The younger Beckham shared a throwback snap on his Instagram account to mark Ted’s milestone 69th birthday.
“Happy birthday Dad…” he wrote “Love the vest but not so sure on the tash ….. Have a great day love you x.”
In the photo, dad can be seen in a Seventies-worthy yellow vest cradling a newborn David.
David, 42, was encouraged to play football by his father, who drove him around the matches until he secured a professional contract.
The duo had a strained relationship a decade ago – not seeing eye-to-eye with Victoria and even writing a book about his famous son – but in more recent time Ted and David have grown close again.
Recently, it also was claimed that David and Victoria were spending more and more time apart.
Understandably, their careers keep them in different countries for much of the year. That and at the weekend, the Mail On Sunday also claimed that their marriage is simply not as rock-solid as it seems.
It stated that high-profile pair are lately doing “little to dispel rumours that they are leading increasingly separate lives”.
The power-couple married in Dublin in 1999.
