Actress Brooke Kinsella has married in a stunning ceremony.

The 34-year-old said ‘I do’ to fiance Simon Boardley surrounded by family and friends five months after their engagement.

As well as her role as Kelly Taylor in EastEnders, Brooke is an author and anti-knife campaigner.

Her manager Jonathan Shalit shared a snap of the festive celebrations on Thursday evening, stating in the accompanying caption  “there was never any doubt my little angel would bring the sun out for me today”.

The bride had opted for a sweeping ivory lace gown with a mermaid train.

The couple met through the groom’s close friend, popular TV personality Judge Robert Rinder.

On December 21, Brooke posted a snap to Twitter of her and Simon’s wedding rings hanging on a Christmas tree alongside ‘S’ and ‘B’ decorations.

Ms Kinsella launched her own talent agency, True Stars Academy, in 2010. She became an anti-knife crime campaigner in 2008, after her 16-year-old brother Ben was stabbed to death.

Three men were later convicted of his murder.

Brooke was subsequently appointed MBE in the 2011 Birthday Honours for services to the prevention of knife crime – with her family campaigning vigorously for change in knife crime laws in the UK.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
