One of our favourite celebrity dads had a lovely Father’s Day, if social media is anything to go by.
David Beckham was surrounded by his kids Romeo, Cruz and Harper for the occasion on Sunday, with Harper going the extra mile to make her dad smile.
The seven-year-old penned a handwritten letter to David, thanking him for everything he does with her.
“Thank you Daddy for being you,” she wrote.
“For loving me with all your heart
“For tickling me in bed
“And for taking care of me.”
Her mum Victoria put recent speculation that the couple were to divorce behind her, sharing two photos of David and saying he was “truly the best daddy.”
“We all love u so much!!! So many kisses from us all.”
The Beckhams have been plagued by speculation that their marriage is over in recent weeks.
Claims over the weekend that David had parted ways with the company that managed him and Victoria for the past 23 years did little to quell talk of the couple’s separation.
The soccer legend also paid tribute to his own dad in an Instagram post yesterday, saying parenthood was “the most rewarding role you could ever have.”
“Happy Father’s Day dad and to all the fathers out there,” he wrote.
“Being a parent is the most special and the most rewarding role you could ever have, so cherish every single moment.”
