How to track Santa on his way from the North Pole on Christmas Eve

Keeley Ryan

Not long left to go.

If there’s one thing we love more than spending Christmas day with our kids, it’s spending Christmas eve with our kids.

There’s just so much excitement and anticipation surrounding good ol’ St. Nick’s visit, and whether or not they’ve left enough carrots out for Rudolph. It’s almost enough to make us wish it could be Christmas every day.

Another thing that adds a bit of magic to the Christmas festivities is being able to track Santa on his journey around the world.

The Norad Santa tracker is the world’s official Santa tracker so you know it’s going to be good.

The tool uses GPS to track Santa’s location as he travels around the world delivering his gifts to all the children.

And while the tracker part isn’t live yet – Santa is still getting ready at the North Pole, after all – the website is. So there’s still lots for your little one to explore.

The website – which you can find here – includes games, music and plenty of festive facts about Santa, his magic sleigh and holiday traditions around the world.

You can also get a personalised message from Santa, or even take a peek inside his home at the North Pole.

It even has a little countdown until the tracker goes live.

You can access the tool online here or download it from the app store.
