It features her, Jeff, and his two sons, Bobby and Freddy.

In the post, she declared that Jeff’s sons were “the best at looking after me” and made note of the fact that 14-year-old Bobby is six foot tall.
Jeff and Kate have been together for four years.
They announced their engagement in October saying that they both felt it was the right time.
