Kristen Bell has revealed that she and her husband, Dax Shepard, have come up with a way to keep their young daughters from accidentally swearing – and it’s kind of genius.
The couple have been together since 2007 – and, pretty much, have been our #couplegoals ever since.
Mostly due to the fact that they constantly keep it real, opening discussing the ups and downs of both their relationship and their lives parenting.

Kristen recently admitted that the pair feel vulnerable when it comes to parenting their two daughters, Lincoln and Delta.
She told E!News:
“I don’t know what we have power over. It’s certainly not each other or our children. We don’t feel powerful.
“We really just get by. We feel, you know, a little vulnerable just as much as everyone else does.”

She also share that she and her husband have come up with a line to use whenever they slip up and swear at home – just to keep their little ones from following suit.
She added:
“We don’t limit ourselves as much as we should at home.
“The way we explain it is, ‘Look, you’re five years old. You can’t drive my car. You can’t vote. You can’t drink alcohol. You can’t swear.’ So far, they’ve obliged.”
