Pink has had to defend herself after cancelling a concert in Australia.
The singer claimed cancellation was due to illness but people starting questioning her motives after she was spotted at the beach.
The paparazzi snapped a photo of her and her daughter, Willow, and it was spread around with the caption “Pink’s Sydney concert cancelled as she chills in Bryon Beach.”
Pink had told her fans that she was suffering from a respiratory infection but after the photo started being shared around, she took to Instagram to defend herself.

She told followers that, when she was planning this tour, she was “trying to do what was best for [her] children, while also putting on the best and most physically demanding and beautiful show of [her] life.”
She made the case that she had never once cancelled a show before and reminded people that there is a lot that goes on behind the camera.
“This time, what these parasite paparazzi don’t show you, is two doctor visits in Byron on two consecutive days, antibiotics, steroids, Vick’s, nose spray, throat spray, more steroids, NyQuil, a screaming baby in the middle of the night, every night, while mama gives him warm baths and tells her daughter everything is fine.”
She apologised to the “real fans” who were affected by the cancellation.
