Here is the perfect way for the kids to spend the Halloween midterm break

Looking for a way to burn off that Halloween sweets energy?

We know the Halloween midterm break can be tiring because you need to organise costumes for the kids, then decorate the house for the trick-or-treaters, then bring the kids trick-or-treating, and THEN you have to deal with all that extra energy the kids now have from their mounds of sweets.

Plus, sometimes it can be a bit hard to find activities for the kids to do because of the weather.

Well, mums and dads, we have found a great way for the kids to spend their time and, bonus, it will definitely kill of a LOT of that energy. They might even be tired afterwards - imagine!

Jump Zone - there's one in Sandyford and one in Santry - is a massive room filled with trampolines. It's Ireland's largest indoor trampoline park and has up to 15 THOUSAND square feet of trampoline. That is a lot of jumping.

The jump area is made up of over 50 interconnecting trampolines. There are also foam pits, battle beams, and trampoline basketball, not to mention their two dodgeball courts. Sure, get a group together and organise a dodgeball tournament!

Any children over the age of five are allowed to get their jump on and kids can go either in a group of by themselves. Every child must be accompanied by an adult but don't worry, you don't have to jump - you just have to be on the premises. There will also be Jump Zone supervisors there, so you can relax in the café while your kids jump away.

Tickets are €14 for an hour (€12 if you have your own Jump Zone grip socks) but you can get a €1 discount if you book online. This place is super fun but we recommend you book in advance, especially over the midterm, because it's very popular and gets filled up pretty quickly.

The kids will absolutely LOVE this day out and maybe, just maybe, you'll get a bit of peace and quiet in the house afterwards. No promises though.
