PSA: You can get Ugg boots for your dog now

Cassie Stokes

Try not to smile while reading this article – dare you.

You can now get Ugg boots for your dog!

Yeah, it’s true, Uggs have started to make a comeback thanks to Hailey Bieber wearing them a few times in her Instagram stories – so much so that now even the dogs are wearing them.

The star just has to post one pic in an item of clothing and it becomes a trend, and that’s exactly what has happened with Uggs. A few months ago people would almost vomit at the thought of the slouchy shoe but Hailey has single handedly saved the Australian boot

Now, not only can you now safely rock a pair of the boots without looking off-trend but your dog can rock a pair too.

Yep, someone has gone and made the designer boots for your pooch. I’m all for this, if you’re going to match something it might as well be your dog.

People are loving the faux fur boots, which are warming paws and cost around 60 euro a pop. The boots come in two different styles, black and a brown pair with orange faux fur, and they come in six different sizes, XXS – XL.

The boots come from @veryimportantpuppies, a fashion brand for pets on Instagram. They sell everything from mini boots to fancy collars. You have to see their Instagram to believe it!

“Turn heads on the street or at the dog park. Combining UGG’s iconic materials with our VIP utility-driven streetwear designs, our very first canine collab lets you treat your pup to the feeling of UGG,” they said.

“Taking inspiration from the Classic Boot with signature overstitch seams, this four-legged footwear piece is cast in rich faux suede with fluffy faux fur trim accents.

“Finished with a durable rubber outsole to keep your pet covered, it features an easy-entry opening at the front of the boot and adjustable hook-and-loop strap that wraps around for a secure fit.”

You can buy the boots on their website here, but unfortunately they are currently sold out. It’s a dogs life, we guess.
