3 delicious (and autumnal) baking projects that are perfect for rainy weekends

Wet and gloomy autumn days were made for cosying up inside and indulging in some easy – and delicious – baking projects.

And what better to whip up than some treats that truly reflect the season we have just embarked on?

1. Danish apple cake

You can replace the apple in this cake with rhubarb, pear or firm peaches – but do try it with apples, the sugar/cinnamon mix on top just really bring out the best and most seasonal flavour.
