Aside from chest exercises and push-up bras, there are certain foods that are said to increase the size of your boobs.
Of course, no foods can solely increase your breast size but if you’re up for trying anything, these are apparently the ones to try…
Garlic
As well as giving you a nice (ahem) aroma, garlic apparently helps to boost estrogen levels which is the female sex hormone which controls a number of things including breast growth.
Fruit & Veg
We’ll admit that these two things pop up in most lists but that’s because they are rich in antioxidants and anthocyanins which help to build health tissue and protect cells.
Soy Products
Due to the isoflavones and the protein they contain, soy products (including soy milk) are also believed to encourage breast growth.
Nuts
While you should moderate the amount of fatty foods you consume, foods that are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids are said to be beneficial for increasing breast size.
Chicken
Chicken, which is incredibly versatile, apparently helps to minimise testosterone production which acts as a suppressant to breast growth.
