5-minute frozen yoghurt: Sweet treats have never been so simple
Super easy and quick to make, frozen yoghurt makes a great alternative to ice cream.
Four ingredients and five minutes are all it takes to whip up this recipe which, thanks to the antioxidant-rich blueberries and protein-packed Greek yoghurt, is a tasty AND nutritious sweet treat.
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. You can serve immediately or, if you want it to be more solid, freeze for around 20 minutes.
