Well, guys, have we got some news for you.

Meet beertails, the amazing new beer-cocktail fusion that will satisfy everyone. If you hunt around on Pinterest, you will find plenty of exciting combinations to try out, but personally, we are loving the sound of these two:

2. Raspberry “Beer-mosa”

Ok, so your typical mimosa combines fruit juice with Champagne (y-um!), but for this one, swap the Champagne for beer, and you’ll have yourself a beermosa. Fresh raspberries add another layer of flavor – and makes it look all the prettier.

This recipe calls for an IPA beer, which is basically a pale ale. If you can’t find that, any wheat beer will do the same job).

Ingredients

1 bottle of IPA or wheat beer
6 oz orange juice
1/4 cup muddle raspberries

Instructions

In a large, 22 oz glass, pour beer over muddled raspberries. Top with orange juice.
