You know that negative little voice in your head telling you how you can’t have ice cream for breakfast? (We all have one, just admit it!)

The thing is, guys – and get ready for this one: NOW YOU CAN!

Relax, I’m not telling you to feed your kids Loop-The-Loop’s in the morning and ship them off to school. No, no. The popsicles are actually good for you. And the best bit? Your kids will love them too!

Type ‘Breakfast Popsicles’ into the search bar in Pinterest, and you will find a world of amazing concoctions to try. But just to start you off, we think these three sound pretty freaking good too:

1. Tropical Green Smoothie Popsicles

It’s a green smoothie – in ice cream form. Now, how is that for breakfast on the go?! Oh, and if you want to give it a little boost of extra fibre and protein, add a spoonful of chia seeds when making.
