You can get McDonald’s delivered in Ireland on Just Eat now.

Just when you thought November was sufficiently tearing you a new one, that things could only get worse, that your favourite fast food restaurant was too far beyond your delivery based capabilities, there comes a glimmer of hope, a light at the end of the tunnel – and it’s filled with chicken nuggets.

After a fair amount of teasing, McDonald’s and Just Eat have announced that they will finally be working together to bring the good people of Ireland some delicious food.

From tomorrow, (November 11), customers in Dublin 1 (O’Connell Street region), Dublin 15 (Blanchardstown), Dublin 6 (Rathmines), Dublin 5 (Coolock), Cork City, Limerick City and Galway City will able to avail of a McDonald’s Just Eat delivery.

A total of 49 locations will be rolled out before November 25 too, meaning that just about everyone will be able to get their breakfast, lunch, and dinner fix.

“We’re thrilled to be launching our partnership with McDonald’s and making McDelivery available to our Just Eat customers right across Ireland,” said Amanda Roche-Kelly, Managing Director Just Eat Ireland.

“Significantly expanding the delivery areas for McDonald’s lovers nationwide, as the traditional sit-in McDonald’s restaurants remain closed, this partnership will also serve up a sense of normality in our customers routines, despite all the change and worry outside people’s doors at the moment.”

McDonald’s has of course been available for delivery in Ireland through Uber Eats, but this new addition will mean that even more locations will be able to avail of a tasty McMuffin in the morning, or a tasty tender in the evening – all from the comfort of their own home.

Delightful news of a Tuesday.
