Chocolate cravings? This 5-minute freezer fudge is about to be your new best friend

Trine Jensen-Burke

Trying to eat healthily, but susceptible to those typical late-night cravings for something sweet?

Yeah, us too.

Luckily, we recently came across this recipe for freezer fudge by nutritionist and healthy living guru Kelly LeVeque, and we have literally been making it ever since.

Not only is it so easy to throw together, it actually taste really yummy and totally nip those chocolate cravings in the bud. Low in sugar and high in good fats, this fudge also help keep you feeling full, meaning you are less likely to eat the whole tray or reach for something else to eat.
