Domino’s has come up with 12 Days of Domino’s because we can’t do 12 pubs and it’s brilliant

Melissa Carton

Great way to get some festive cheer in.

The Christmas period is usually a time when we come together with friends and family that we might not have seen all year.

Unfortunately, this year, a lot of those gatherings can’t happen so we have to find different ways to celebrate like online hang outs.

Another thing that’s been stopped in it’s tracks this year is the 12 pubs of Christmas but if you’re looking for something fun to replace it this year then you might want to check out 12 Days of Domino’s.

The 12 Days of Domino’s hacks covers everything from making your own stuffing from pizza crusts to using your pizza box to stop you from working outside of office hours as seen below demonstrated by Carl Mullen.

Save your crusts

Get your Nigella on and prep your Christmas stuffing early… using Domino’s leftover pizza crusts and iconic Garlic & Herb Dip. Dough-licious!

Laptop Lockdown

Why not reuse your Domino’s pizza box as an out of office assistant? Simply place your laptop in an empty pizza box, close the box, and duct tape it shut to make it as inconvenient as possible to get it out. Just be sure not to mistake it for a piping-hot pizza.

Cookies for Santa

Forget about last minute baking, make Santa super happy this year by upgrading his cookie tray. Try our delicious new Choc Orange Cookies and treat Santa to some chocolately gooey goodness!

Pep up your parsnips

Parsnips are grand, but, let’s face it, a bit boring. Use your Domino’s Honey & Mustard Dip to jazz them up. Drizzle the sauce over your chopped parsnips, pop in the oven, and voilà! Deliciously seasoned festive veggies, Domino’s style.

Bargains from your couch

Forget about flat shoes and braving the St Stephen’s Day sales, this year it’s all about shopping online in your PJs with your device charged and credit card at hand. You can’t top it!

Runaway remote

You’ve circled your festive viewing in the RTÉ Guide bumper Christmas edition, so you don’t miss a second of that film you’ve already seen 40 times, but don’t forget to hide the remote so you get to watch it again!

Save your sauces

Even classic Christmas condiments sometimes need an upgrade. Why not save your Domino’s Garlic & Herb Dip, grab your leftover cranberry sauce, and watch our iconic dip transform the cranberry sauce into a delicious sandwich filler.

Shake it off!

After a few days of chilling at home it’s time to blow off the cobwebs, get the legs moving, and get some fresh air into the lungs.

Upcycle your pizza box

The days between Christmas and New Year can get a bit boring, but we all love a bit of competition. Why not upcycle your pizza boxes to create your own game. Anyone for Battleship?

The Big Dip

There’s nothing quite like a big dip in the Forty Foot or off Salthill Prom. But if sea swimming isn’t your thing, you can always enjoy a Domino’s Garlic & Herb Big Dip, of course!

Goodbye 2020!

Create a playlist of the cheesiest tunes and ring in the new year with a bop and a large pizza, perfect for sharing and celebrating at home with loved ones.
