Stuck for Easter dinner? This lemon, rosemary, and salt-crusted lamb will have the whole family drooling

Dessert is sorted, now dinner is too.
We still can't quite believe that Easter is here already. With everything else going on, it's kind of stuck up on us this year.
Well, we suppose we did have the kids reminding us that the Easter Bunny is coming - or asking if the Easter Bunny is allowed to leave his own house. Lucky for them, he's considered an essential worker so chocolate eggs will most definitely be arriving in our house this year.
One thing that completely skipped our minds though is Easter dinner. One of the most important dinners of the year, sure, but somehow we're just a few days away with nothing planned or bought.
Thank goodness for us (and all the other hungry tummies in our house), we found a delicious lamb leg recipe from Lidl that will suit us perfectly for the big day.
This cooking recipe gives us a sumptuous lemon, rosemary, and salt-crusted lamb leg - it's crispy, flavourful, and big enough to feed everyone with second helpings (bonus!). And the best thing about it? It only needs four ingredients.
Oh yes, mums, this is the year for making a delicious Easter feast without having to break a sweat. Just serve this up with some roast potatoes, plenty of all your favourite fresh veg, and a big dollop of mint sauce.
We're already drooling just thinking about it.
You can pick up the lamb leg, all the ingredients, plus all the trimmings at Lidl. That means you only need to make one stop for all your Easter shopping, which is essential in the current climate. Lidl's lamb 100 percent Irish and Bord Bia approved and it's just €6.99 - the best for the best prices. That's what we're talking about.
So now for the best part - how to create this simple but spectacular lamb leg roast.
