Eat your greens: 10 yummy dishes with hidden veggies your kids will actually eat

Eat your greens!

This, as we all know, is far easier said than done when it comes to kids.

However, if there is one thing I feel passionate about as a mum, it is making sure my children eat healthy, and that they build a good, happy relationship with food.

And so what does this mean? It means that I got to get a little creative in the ways I serve up veggies (and sometimes resort to out and out hiding vegetables into food too – no shame!).

And right now, these are ten dishes that I am currently doing on repeat in our house, sometimes serves as side dishes alongside something else, other times they are pretty much the main event – or I'll mix it up, and just make two or three side dishes instead of one big dinner.

Either way, my kids are eating more vegetables, really, what more could you want?
