This gluten-free blender bread could not be easier to make

Say hello to your new favourite breakfast

Trine Jensen-Burke

Few things in life as as amazing as home made bread, I think we can all agree.

So what if we told you we have found a recipe for a loaf of bread so quick and easy to throw together you can pretty much make it every single morning? In your blender.

Yes, that’s right. The clever folks behind the gorgeous blog Paleo & Gluten Free Eats have come up with a recipe for gluten-free banana bread you can actually make using your high-speed blender. We kno; it’s pure genius.

Fancy making a loaf? Here is how:

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour, 2 medium bananas, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon sea salt and ⅛ teaspoon liquid stevia.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a small loaf pan (3½ x 5 inches) with parchment paper. Next (and this is so clever), combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Now pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour until golden brown.

Now all you have to do is wait for it too cool a little, spread on some butter and congratulate yourself on having discovered the greatest bread recipe of all time.
