These guilt-free ice lollipops are the perfect treat to cool you down

It’s a scorcher out there today and we’re doing anything we can to cool down.
We’re talking multiple fans, damp face towels to hand, and litres and litres of water.
However, we’ve found one recipe that will go down a treat today of all days.
Ice lollies are the way to go on days like today and we’ve found a delicious blueberry and pineapple ice lollipop recipe that has no added sugar – win.
So nip into the euro shops on the way home and grab yourselves an ice lollipop tray, because this recipe from Sweet Life sounds as delicious as it is simple to make.
4 cups fresh pineapple,
1 cup fresh blueberries,
½ cup water,
¼ cup fresh lime juice,
1 tsp salt,
½ cup of blueberries for decoration.
1. Add the pineapple, the first cup of blueberries, water, lime juice and salt into a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour into the ice lollipop moulds and add the ½ cup of blueberries.
3. Place in the freezer for three hours.
