Because let’s be clear – cheese is always a good idea, and a total crowd-pleaser too, meaning this seasonal treat will no doubt go down a storm.
The best part? All you really need is the following:
A little bit of flour, for dusting the surface
One sheet of puff pastry
Wheel of brie
1 large egg
1 tbsp. milk
2 mini pepperoni and 2 sliced black olives (for eyes)
Crackers to serve with the baked brie.
