But if you are trying to limit your carb intake, try and broaden your horizon with these delicious, and also pretty healthy, sweet potato baked potato recipes.

Baked potato is pretty much the perfect meal for one (or, more, obvs, you can just as easy make many of these). Packed with veggies, protein, and carbs, all crammed into one easy-to-eat and delicious package, you’d be forgiven for want to whip these babies up every night.
