Need a quick and easy dessert that’s healthy and appeals to the littlies too? This all natural, guilt-free version of Nutella is so tasty and won’t give everyone an insane sugar rush! Why not team with these three ingredient pancakes for an indulgent but relatively healthy dessert.

All Natural Nutella
Makes 1 jar.
Ingredients:
2 cups of hazelnuts
1/2 a cup of water
1/2 a cup of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
Directions:
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C, Gas 4, 350°F. Bake the hazelnuts for about ten minutes, then take them out of the oven and allow them to cool.
2 Once cool place them in a food processor and blend for about ten minutes, until they totally break down.
3 Add the maple syrup and cacao and blend again, before gradually pouring in the water – it’s important that the first three are properly mixed before you add the water though as you may not need it all.
4 Store in a jar in the fridge, it will keep for up to five days.
