Here’s how to make breakfast in 45 seconds (and there’s no cereal involved)

HerFamily

We all know it’s the most important meal of the day, so why do we so often end up scoffing breakfast on the run?

Trying to get everyone out the door in the morning leaves little time to sit down and enjoy a leisurely meal, but, with a few clever hacks, you can ensure you and the kids start the day on something a little more substantial than half a slice of toast and a glass of OJ.

From protein pittas and smoothie bags you can keep in the freezer to healthy Greek yogurt roll-ups the kids will confuse for a sweet treat, Kathryn (and her adorable little helper Carson) of Do It On A Dime has some fantastic inspiration for filling those bellies with grab-and-go brekkies.

Simply swap the items not available in Ireland for an easy alternative such as leftover sausages or homemade turkey burger.

Sausage and Pita Sandwich
