Great news!

Great news!

Boojum, which is one of the best and most popular Mexican food chains in Ireland, is set to open in Limerick City.

This is a welcomed addition to the city centre and great news for foodies in the area. Boojum has a variety of Mexican food on their menu, including Burritos, Fajitas and Tacos.

What began as a small business, created by Belfast couple John and Karen Blisard, has now got four restaurants in Belfast, five in Dublin and one in Galway and Cork.

It would be considered casual dining with students and workers flocking to their Dublin restaurants every day. They also offer takeaway food which is ideal if you want to get food on the go.

The new premise in Limerick is thought to be opening on Patrick Street in the site where the former Danske Bank used to occupy.

And it seems there is already excitement building in Limerick.
