Jennifer Garner has the same breakfast smoothie every single morning
Jessica Alba does it.
So does Chelsea Handler, Emmy Rossum and Molly Sims. And now Jennifer Garner has become a fan too.
We are talking about the health smoothie of the moment in Hollywood – and apparently; there is a good reason behind everyone's obsession.
Celeb nutritionist Kelly LeVeque (who's cookbook we are currently a tad obsessed with) is known for what she calls her 'Fab Four' formula: a drink with enough protein, fat, fiber and greens to keep you full for hours.
As part of the preparations for her role in the upcoming action flick Peppermint, Jennifer Garner started working with LeVeque, and has made the nutritionist's famous smoothie for breakfast ever since.
The actress (and busy mum-of-three) recently shared this Instagram snap with her fans:
Don’t be scared! It’s tastier than it looks! I started working with @bewellbykelly a few months ago to get ready for #PEPPERMINTmovie and have had her smoothie every day for breakfast since. Today, I decided to play scientist and see if my @onceuponafarm cold-pressed, organic purée (or baby food, if you’re a baby, but whatever) could be a substitute for fresh blueberries when I didn’t see any in the fridge. Yep, it could. ???? ----- #BeWELLSMOOTHIE recipe: 2 scoops @primalkitchenfoods collagen protein powder (hot tip: I prefer the Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel) 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon almond butter (if no one’s looking I use extra...?) 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk Handful of fresh spinach Small handful of ice Very small handful of blueberries (please see almond butter. Also true here. ??♀️) ----- Mix all ingredients together in blender and enjoy.

- 2 scoops Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- Handful fresh spinach
- Small handful ice
- Very small handful blueberries
Blend and serve.
