And for these days, I LOVE M&S’ Taste Bud range – filled with nutritious meals and healthy snack ideas, as perfect for lunch boxes as they are for those after-shcool hunger pangs.
Right now, M&S has relaunched the range, and added tons of new, delicious options the kids are bound to love.
Nutritionists and developers at M&S have spent 18 months perfecting the recipes and worked alongside nutrition experts at Great Ormond Street Hospital to make sure every product follows specific nutrition guidelines for children aged 4-10.
The range is free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and salt substitutes, and so now parents can rest assured after a long day of working from home and a hectic school run, they can just pop a Taste Buds meal into the oven (or microwave!), knowing their little ones will enjoy something healthy, filling and yummy for lunch or dinner.

What’s new? Hot Dog Pasta (€3.90) is made with animal-shaped pasta and tender chunks of sausage in a delicious tomato sauce, adorable Little Fishies (€3.90) made with tasty, sustainably sourced cod in a crispy breaded crumb and sweet Strawberries and Sultanas (€2.20) that are perfect for on the go or a quick no-prep snack.
As part of M&S’ relaunch for every pack in the range sold in Ireland, 5c will be donated to Children’s Health Foundation Crumlin, to help support seriously ill children and their families.
