Mum ridiculed after asking if she can feed her children this after dinner

Jade Hayden

Ah, god.

A mum is being ridiculed after asking if it’s OK to feed her children two oranges after dinner.

And yes, you did read that correctly.

The worried woman took to parenting forum Mumsnet to ask whether two whole fruits was more than her children should be allowed.

She wrote:

“They are pretty large navel oranges, two of them (whole not juiced) is probably half your daily sugar allowance so probably not a good idea to eat two after a evening dinner?”

Like, there are definitely worse things you could be doing with your time than eating oranges, girl.

Other Mumsnet users had pretty much the same response.

“Are they Terry’s?” asked one hilarious person.

“Are you for real?” said another. “We had raw cookie dough after our dinner, that was probably too much sugar.”

Another person simply said: “You sound deranged.”

Classic.

It remains to be seen as to whether the mum has decided that it is indeed OK to consume so many (two) oranges.

We hope that she just went ahead and did it though.

You gotta treat yourself, girl.

You deserve it.
