The most popular spirit at the moment, we are major lovers of the tipple here in Her and this cocktail is sure to get you in the mood for dancing this weekend.

And not only is it perfect for the weekend, this cocktail we are getting you to stir up is also ideal for a Valentines/Galentines Day with a gorgeous pink colour. Did you also know that juniper is the main botanical of all gins, noted for being highly aromatic and often considered as the most sensuous of all berries… very fitting.
This cocktail is also easy to make and can be shaken up in minutes meaning little work with serious results… just how we like it.
So how do you create this perfect cocktail? Simple.
This is what you need:
Ingredients
50ml Jawbox Small Batch Gin
10ml Lemon juice
5ml Grenadine
10ml Sweet Vermouth
1 Egg white
Redcurrants to garnish
Method
Dry shake all the ingredients for about 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again until cold. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with redcurrants.
