Pretend it’s summer with this incredibly refreshing prosecco slushie

Amanda Cassidy

Did somebody say slushie?

Although, tbh you had me at prosecco…

When we came across this amazing prosecco slushie recipe we felt we had to share it with you. If like me, you are dreaming of summer this is the perfect cocktail to start perfecting now.

Just picture sipping it on a summer evening outside with friends….under the umbrella.

We found it on one of our favourite blogs FrostedPetticoat who used Mionette Prosecco as the main ingredient. Suffice to say you can substitute any of your favourite prosecco (or champagne) instead.

And it is so easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 bottle of prosecco

1 tablespoon of coconut palm sugar

1 tablespoon of edible dried lavender

Instructions:

Just pour the prosecco into a clean ice tray (about 3/4 full) Then sprinkle some coconut palm sugar and some dried lavender on top. How pretty!

Freeze for 2 hours.

Mash the cubes into a slushie consistency, add to a coup glass and top up with bubbles.

Enjoy.

This is perfect drink for hen parties, summer BBQ’s and even St Patrick’s weekend celebrations… just sayin’
