Love a sweet PSL?

It’s not autumn for many people until they get their first sip of a pumpkin spice latte.

However, we recognise that it’s certainly not for everyone – yes, others have a pretty strong hatred for the Starbucks seasonal drink.

But if a PSL is your cup of – eh – festive joy, then we’ve found a recipe that promises to be even better than the OG Starbucks one.

Yep, you can rival the coffee powerhouse with this simple recipe and save yourself a fortune.

So get crafting and then sit back and enjoy your tasty creation.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 tbs pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbs granulated sugar
  • 2 tbs vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 to 2 shots espresso
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

For this recipe, you will need a mixer or hand blender and an espresso maker.

Got those at home? Well, then you’re all set.
