1. The Westbury

2. Roe & Co Distillery 

Delicious whiskey? Cosy vibes? A crepe or two, if that's your thing? Divine.

Following the success of their outdoor cocktail village earlier this year, Roe & Co Distillery have launched their Roe & Cosy Winter Terrance for those short, chilly nights.

The new terrance features a menu of hot toddies, hot chocolate, and stunning whiskey creations - as well as treats from Crepes in the City, who will be serving up sweet and savoury treats from the beginning of December. You can find out more and book yourself a table here. 

3. BAR 1661

Located just a few minutes walk from Dublin's Parnell Street, BAR 1661 are known for award winning cocktails, cosy vibes, and lots and lots of poitín.
