The 3-ingredient, no-bake, no-brainer peanut butter bars

Sive O'Brien

You’ve probably already got all (three) of the ingredients needed for these no-bake peanut butter bars. So trying to decide whether or not to make them this weekend is pretty much a no-brainer.

Plus, they’re delicious, and not even that bad for you.

Technically, peanut butter might be considered more than one ingredient given what’s in it, but let’s not go into too much detail here. This is, after all, a recipe for three-ingredient, no-bake, no-brainer peanut butter bars. Did I mention that already?

Ingredients (makes 20 squares):
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 cups rolled oats
Method:
  1. Line a 9×9 pan with foil. Oil or spray lightly with non-stick spray.
  2. Melt the peanut butter and honey together until smooth, either in the microwave or on the stove. Combine mixture with oats.
  3. Press into pan. Place in refrigerator until set. Cut into squares (or bars).
Note: You might want to store them in the fridge as they can get a bit soft.
