The 4-ingredient peaches and cream ice that will make your weekend

There are few things nicer than spending a weekend afternoon prepping a delicious meal. Apart from lounging around afterwards enjoying your decadent dessert, of course. 

This weekend we’ll be dipping our spoons into a large bowl of this utterly delicious no-churn ice cream, and you can be enjoying it too if you put aside the five minutes it takes to make.

All you need is four ingredients: 3 ripe peaches, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of sour cream

Here’s how to make it…

  1. Peel peaches and remove the pits. Chop into small cubes and purée with the lemon juice until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add sugar and sour cream, pulse to mix.
  3. Scrape mixture into a plastic shallow dish, cover, and freeze
  4. Once frozen, break up with a fork and blitz in the food processor
  5. Devour
