The 4-ingredient peaches and cream ice that will make your weekend
There are few things nicer than spending a weekend afternoon prepping a delicious meal. Apart from lounging around afterwards enjoying your decadent dessert, of course.
This weekend we'll be dipping our spoons into a large bowl of this utterly delicious no-churn ice cream, and you can be enjoying it too if you put aside the five minutes it takes to make.
All you need is four ingredients: 3 ripe peaches, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of sour cream
Here's how to make it...
- Peel peaches and remove the pits. Chop into small cubes and purée with the lemon juice until the mixture is smooth.
- Add sugar and sour cream, pulse to mix.
- Scrape mixture into a plastic shallow dish, cover, and freeze
- Once frozen, break up with a fork and blitz in the food processor
