This all you can eat cheese party sounds like the absolute BEST way to spend an evening

Yes please.

Anna O'Rourke

‘All you can eat’ – it’s about as wonderful a phrase as you’ll ever find in the English language.

Now, for the first time, we’ve seen it used alongside one of our all-time favourite words; cheese.

Yes, all you can eat cheese parties are now a thing and we’re struggling to think of a better way to spend an evening.

These soirées are part of a cheese club that now operates in a number of cities in England.

Homage2Fromage (a great name, to be fair) events are as delicious as the name would suggest. Cheese obsessives come together to mingle and eat as much brie, cheddar, gruyere, camembert etc. as they like.

Going by what founder Nick says, the events are a bit of a free-for-all;

“As soon as we are all in, Vickie and I will call ‘CHEESE!’ This is your signal to tuck in.

“Help yourself to a piece or portion of each cheese, there will be crackers, bread and chutney, fruit and all kinds of accompaniments. Really, help yourself.”

The evenings are specially themed so guests get to delve deep in to the world of specific cheeses.

Guests will also get to play cheese-themed games and hear from experts about the cheeses they’ve sampled. Really, what more could you ask for from an evening?

Sadly Homage2Fromage in only running in a select few cities in England for the moment, including Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield.

We’re praying that either founders Nick and Vickie bring it across the Irish sea pronto or that someone here kicks off something similar because all these photos of cheese have us feeling some kind of way.
