We’ve teamed up with Centra and dietician Sarah Keogh to bring you four tasty smoothies to try out this week.

1. Mango & Vanilla Smoothie
Vegetarian, Gluten-free
You’ll need:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup vanilla soymilk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
2. Spinach And Banana Smoothie
You’ll need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp peanut
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
3. Spinach, Peach And Ginger Smoothie
You’ll need:
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 tsp grated, peeled fresh ginger
- 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/4 cups water
4. Strawberries, Almonds, Banana and Yoghurt Smoothie
You’ll need:
- 1 cup quartered strawberries
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
