When we hear the words flat white, our usual reaction is ‘mmm, a coffee does sound good.’
But we’ve come across another flat white that tickles our tastebuds, although we’re not sure we could have a couple during the working day.
That’s because it’s a cocktail. More specifically, it’s a Flat White Martini.
Not only does it combine three of our favourite liquids but it only takes five minutes to put together and it tastes incredible.
What you’ll need is 50ml Baileys, 25ml Smirnoff Vodka and 25ml Espresso along with a few ice cubes.
What you do is:
- Fire all of the ingredients (including the ice) into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake it up until everything is blended and the liquid is smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and, if you want to, decorate with three coffee beans.
